Writes a date-time value as
Stringdata to the body of aStreamMessage.Syntax

Notes
- The procedure actually writes
valueas aDATETIME-TZvalue, adding default time and time zone information.- The format of the
DATETIME-TZvalue is a subset of the ISO8601 format.- An error is returned if the Unknown value (
?) is specified.- If the message may be consumed by an application in a different time zone from that of the sending application, the 4GL programmer must ensure that the receiving application can interpret the value correctly.
